A private house in Neve Tzedek for a young family with 3 children. The building has a basement, and three floors above the ground, with the ground floor being the living floor, with a kitchen and a yard. The first floor there are the children’s rooms and the family room area, and the top floor is the parents’ floor that includes a bathroom and an open closet, with a balcony around the entire room that includes a training area. Above this floor there is a roof floor with an open view that is accessed through the master floor. The design is expressed in simplicity and in an organic method, with natural shades and materials. It was decided to clad the walls inside and outside the building with Greek plaster, and in the wet rooms with light plaster, a terrazzo floor in a neutral gray color combined with elements of unprocessed teak wood. The living floor on the ground floor is completely open and connected by a huge showcase 12 meters wide, in order to put the entire backyard into the living room, an important principle of the client and his requirement already in the first stage of our acquaintance with the project. A small pool with a seating area and an outdoor kitchen are part of designing the atmosphere and giving the feeling of a vacation house.
