Renovation of a 4-story private house in the Neve Tzedek neighborhood. A building built in the 1980s as a private house with an interior patio. Renovated and redesigned to suit the client’s requirements. It was decided to draw a simple and modest line both in terms of budget and appearance. The walls of the house are covered inside and outside with mineral plaster in all parts of the house, including the bathrooms. Oak wood touches and black ironwork give the house a quiet and calm atmosphere, as defined by the client in the initial stage of characterizing the client’s wishes.
