Tel Aviv garden apartment in a boutique building for prestigious preservation. The apartment is divided into two levels – ground and basement. The apartment is built for a couple + 3 children, some of whom are adults. On the ground floor is the master bedroom, living room, kitchen and garden. The basement floor is used as an independent unit with separate entrance for children only, and it includes the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchenette and an independent service area. The levels are connected by a shared staircase. The apartment is decorated with natural materials, in shades of white and black, natural wood and lots of green from the garden vegetation. The living room has a large library, where the TV is integrated, an electric fireplace and many shelves.
